First appointment: What you should bring with you?
Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and comfortable clothing.
Does your Health Insurance cover Payment of costs?
We are happy to assist you in using your insurance to pay for some services.

Appointments can be scheduled based on your individual needs. We offer evening and weekend appointments. We also offer at home sessions.

Health by Choice of Aventura is conveniently located on Biscayne Blvd in Aventura in the Olive Garden Complex.

How long it will take you to reach your goals will vary depending on you, your circumstances, and your problem.

We accept cash, checks and Mastercard/Visa/Discover.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept some insurance for some treatment services. Please call for details.
What happens if I am late for an appointment?
When you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, you will only be seen for the remainder of your scheduled session (i.e., If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will only have 45 minutes left of your 60-minute session.) If possible, we will try to provide you with additional time. We cannot, however, run into other clients' time. You will be charged for the full time of your appointment.
What happens if I have to cancel an appointment?
If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule your appointment at the earliest available session. If you cancel less than 24 hours and it is not an acceptable emergency, you will be charged for your full session.
